Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that provides a door to deeper inner awareness. The word ‘Nidra’ translates to ‘Sleep’ in English, however, participants remain in an awakened state, fully aware and present in the process.

and is more widely known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest.
